Originally from Carrollton, Texas, Monica started her career at Bill Utter Ford in 1995. She graduated from R.L. Turner High School and Texas Women’s University. After graduation, she married Bill Utter Jr. in 1999 and the rest is history. She and Bill have a daughter (Bailee) and a son (Trey). In her free time, Monica loves spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs (Dirk and Dallas). We are very thankful for her leadership and devotion to Bill Utter Ford’s core values.

Perry has been a part of our Bill Utter Ford family since 1992. Originally from Denton, Texas, Perry graduated from Denton High School and has over 100 Ford Motor Company certifications. As our Service Director, Perry exemplifies leadership and care for his team and customers. “I hope to inspire and lead my team to achieve things that none of us have done before,” said Perry. Taylor has been showcasing Bill Utter Ford’s vehicles and family spirit on social media since 2024.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Marketing, followed by an MBA in Sports Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas. From Keller, Texas, Taylor is passionate about digital strategy and knew she wanted to use her skills to strengthen brand presence and engagement through social media.

In her free time, you’ll often find Taylor cheering on the Texas Rangers with her boyfriend, RJ.
